Design 1: The Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace) said, “Two phrases are light on the tongue, heavy on the scales, and beloved to the All Merciful: Subhan Allahi wa bi hamdihi subhan Allahi al-`Adhim.” [Bukhari]The Arabic word kalimatan is referring to the two phrases mentioned at the end of the narration (hadith), namely: Subhan Allahi wa bi hamdihi subhan Allahi al-`Adhim. These are two separate phrases, hence the specification of “two” phrases.As for the word itself, it is used here in its linguistic sense (i.e. two phrases/sentences), just as we would say: the kalima (in the singular form) of the testimony of faith (shahada). [`Ayni, `Umdat al-Qari; Ibn Hajar, Fath al-Bari]

Design 2: OUR PROPHET(ﷺ) said:"خيركم من تعلم القرآن وعلمهKhairukum man ta'allamal Qur'aana wa 'allamahu(Bukhari)Translation: The best of you are those who learn the Qur'an and teach it"

Design 3: translation of verse: O Allah, our Lord! Give us that which is good in this life, that which is good in the Hereafter and save us from the torment of the Fire. (2:201)Ibn Al-Kathir states that the supplication mentioned and praised in the verse includes all good aspects of this life and seeks refuge from all types of evil. The good of this life concerns every material request of well-being, spacious dwelling, pleasing mates, sufficient provision, beneficial knowledge, good profession or deeds, comfortable means of transportation and good praise, all of which the scholars of Tafsir have mentioned regarding this subject. All of these are but a part of the good that is sought in this life. As for the good of the Hereafter, the best of this includes acquiring Paradise, which also means acquiring safety from the greatest horror at the gathering place. It also refers to being questioned lightly and the other favors in the Hereafter.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Non-returnable items:

• Personalised Items e.g. personalised canvases, personalised mugs etc.
• Downloadable software products and other digital products.
• Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. E.g. mishandled by shipping service.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@canvaswonders.co.uk.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, please send us an email at info@canvaswonders.co.uk with full reason and images.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

PS. Small items like mini canvases, keyrings, bookmarkers and mugs are packaged seperately from canvas prints. which means if you order a canvas print and a small item you will recieve 2 or more packages through the post.

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options. We currently deliver only to the UK. Every day, we deliver to numerous customers, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, painting the canvas and writing calligraphy, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from Canvas Wonders to the destination. After thorough processing, items usually take between 5 and 10 working days to arrive at the customer's destination but can take longer from time to time.
